AFI conducts operational research on METU-1 (a therapeutic food developed by the organization), school feeding models, and community-based nutrition therapies. Human-interest stories and best practices are documented to inform programming and advocacy. Partnerships with academia and private sector actors drive innovation in food systems and value chains.
