Andre Foods International (AFI) invites sealed bids from interested, eligible, and competent security firms for framework contract for the provision of security services for the period

2026-2028.

1. Scope of Services

The successful bidder(s) will be required to provide security services as follows:

1. Food Distribution Points

Permanent Guards

Locations: Imvepi and Kiryandongo

• Deployment per distribution point: 1 guard during the day per FDP
  • 2 guards at night per FDP

               ii.   Temporary guards (At Mobile Food Distribution Points. Only on distribution days)

• Locations: Imvepi
  • Deployment per distribution point:
  • 2 guards during the day per Mobile FDP
• Office Premises
  • Locations: Kaabong, Karenga, Kotido, Abim, Moroto, Nakapiripirit, and Amudat
  • Deployment per office:
  • 1 guard during the day per office
  • 1 guard at night per office

2.  Eligibility Requirements

• The bidding company must be UNDSS (United Nations Department of Safety and Security) approved.
• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with AFI’s Internal Procurement Standards and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain the bidding documents free of charge by sending an email to [email protected] from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

• Submission and Opening of Bids

Bids must be delivered and registered at the physical address indicated below on or before 12th February 2026 at 9:30 a.m. Late bids shall be rejected.
