Andre Foods International (AFI) is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to submit quotations for the establishment of a 10×15-meter wooden greenhouse in Nabokotom Parish, Amudat District. This project is part of our commitment to enhancing agricultural productivity and sustainability in the region.

Project Details:

• Dimensions: 10m x 15m (Gutter Height: 3m)
• Type: Wooden Greenhouse with Shade Net
• Materials: Wooden frame, shade net/cloth roofing, and bare ground foundation.
• Features: Includes an irrigation system (sprinkler) inside the greenhouse.
• Scope of Work: Supply of materials, land preparation, greenhouse construction, and site clearing.

Requirements for Vendors:

Interested contractors must provide:

1. Company profile
2. Copy of current business license
3. Certificate of registration/incorporation
4. Valid tax clearance certificate (AFI TIN: 1010682749)
5. Proof of experience in greenhouse construction (number of similar projects completed)

Quotation Submission:

• Quotation Must Include:
  • Detailed Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
