Andre Foods International (AFI) is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to submit quotations for fencing one acre of land in Nabokotom Parish, Amudat District. This project aims to secure agricultural land for sustainable development in the region.

Land Description:

• Location: Nabokotom Parish, Amudat subcounty, Amudat district
• Size: One acre
• Terrain: Slopy gradient
• Boundary: Natural boundaries, with one end having a river

Fencing Specifications:

• Type: Chain-link with casted metallic angle bars
• Height: Standard
• Materials:
  • Posts: Metallic Angle Bars (2-2.5 meters spacing)
  • Wire/Mesh: Chain-link
  • Gates: Metallic Gate (3 meters wide)
• Construction: All metallic components to be casted in the ground

Scope of Work:

Includes supply of materials, land preparation, fence installation according to specifications, necessary earthworks, and site clearing after completion.

Requirements for Vendors:

Interested contractors must provide:

1. Company profile
2. Copy of current business license
3. Certificate of registration/incorporation
4. Valid tax clearance certificate (AFI TIN: 1010682749)
5. List of previous clients (proof of experience)

• Deadline: Wednesday, 30th July 2025
• Format: PDF via email to [email protected] (Subject: Fencing Works Amudat) or hand-delivered to any AFI office.
• Quotation Must Include:
  • Detailed Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
  • References from two previous clients
  • Proposed payment terms
  • Validity period of the quotation
