Andre Foods International (AFI) is a national non-governmental organization fully registered with the Government of Uganda and the National NGO Board. Our country office is located at Millennium Plaza, Plot 69/71 Spring Road, Bugolobi, Kampala. AFI runs field offices in Kiryandongo, Arua, Katakwi, Moroto, Nakapiripirit, Amudat, Kotido, Abim, Kaabong, and Karenga.

PURPOSE

Andre Foods International invites reputable suppliers/vendors to make quotations for the varieties listed below.

1. Supply of Orange Flesh Sweet Potato Vines

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES

AFI is inviting eligible and reputable certified farmers/suppliers with adequate experience and expertise to supply OFSP vines to our sub-offices in Karenga, Kaabong, Kotido, Abim, Moroto, Napak, Nakapiripirit, and Amudat. Please Note that

1. The vines should be delivered in well-aerated sacks.
2. The quotation should include transportation to the districts of Karenga, Kaabong, Kotido, Abim, Moroto, Napak, Nakapiripirit, Nabilatuk, and Amudat

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

Vendors expressing their interest are requested to submit the following minimum documents.

1. A Company Profile
2. Copy of the current business license.
3. Copy of certificate of Registration or incorporation
4. Current/Valid MAAIF Certification
5. Experience: a list of clients.

Companies with the ability, capacity, and resources to supply the required items are invited to express their interest by submitting their quotations via email to [email protected] not later than 16:00 hours on Friday, 13th March 2026.

The email subject line should read: “OFSP VINES.”

Alternatively, sealed quotations may be hand-delivered to our sub-offices in Moroto or Kotido or to the Head Office in Bugolobi, Plot 69/70 Spring Road, Millennium Plaza, Room ML.020.
