Andre Foods International (AFI) is a national non-governmental organization fully registered with the Government of Uganda. AFI, with National NGO Board Registration at our country office located at Millennium Plaza, Plot 69/71 Spring Road, Bugolobi, Kampala, runs field offices in Kiryandongo, Arua, Katakwi, Moroto, Nakapiripirit, Amudat, Kotido, Abim, Kaabong, and Karenga.

PURPOSE

Andre Foods International invites reputable suppliers to make quotations for the following:

1. Supply of Guinea pigs – 3,280 Guinea pigs
2. Supply of Ducks Male (8-12 months) – 1,235 birds
3. Supply of Ducks Female Layer (5-7 months) – 2,055 birds

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES

AFI is inviting eligible and reputable suppliers/vendors with adequate experience and expertise to supply poultry to our sub-offices in Kaabong, Kotido, Napak, and Nabilatuk.

1. Quantity:

Guinea pigs – 3,280 Guinea pigs

Male Ducks – 1,235 birds

Female Ducks Layers – 2,055 birds

• Breed:

Guinea Pigs (Local)

Local Male Ducks (Drakes)

Local Female Hens (Layers)

• Age:

Guinea pigs: 1 Month and above

Male ducks: 8-12 months old

Female ducks, 5-7 months old

• Health: Disease-free status and veterinary certifications.
• Delivery: The poultry will be delivered to the offices listed below within two weeks of the issuance of the purchase order.
• The quotation should include transportation to the districts of Kaabong, Kotido, Napak, and Nabilatuk.
• Quotations should clearly state the credit period and delivery time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

Vendors expressing their interest are requested to submit the following minimum documents.

1. A Company Profile
2. Copy of a valid business license
3. Copy of certificate of Registration or incorporation
4. Valid current Tax Clearance Certificate
5. Experience: list of clients

EVALUATION CRITERIA

1. Quotations will be evaluated based on price competitiveness and specifications, delivery timeline, and payment terms. 

Companies with the ability, capacity, and resources to supply the required items are invited to express their interest by submitting their quotations via email to [email protected] by 16:00 hours on Friday, 13th March 2026.

The email subject line should read “Supply of Poultry.”

Alternatively, sealed quotations may be hand-delivered to our sub-offices in Moroto or Kotido or to the Head Office in Bugolobi, Plot 69/70 Spring Road, Millennium Plaza, Room ML.020.
