Andre Foods International (AFI) is a national Non-Governmental Organization registered with the Government of Uganda under the National NGO Bureau. AFI’s head office is located at Millennium Plaza, Plot 69/71 Spring Road, Bugolobi, Kampala, with field offices across multiple regions including Karamoja.  

PURPOSE

AFI invites eligible and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for;

  1. Supply of Legumes; Iron Rich Beans Seeds for the varieties listed below;

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

AFI is inviting eligible and reputable suppliers/vendors with adequate experience and expertise to supply legumes to our Sub offices in Karenga, Kaabong, Abim, Kotido, Napak, Moroto, Nabilatuk, Nakapiripirit and Amudat.

Suppliers are required to note the following:

  1. Quotations must clearly indicate the delivery timeline and credit/payment period.
  2. Prices quoted must be inclusive of transportation to all the listed delivery locations.
  3. Seeds supplied must not be more than two planting seasons old.
  4. AFI reserves the right to conduct germination and seed quality tests prior to acceptance.
  5. During delivery, each package must be properly sealed (blue seal) and accompanied by valid seed certification and germination test results.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

Vendors expressing their interest are requested to submit the following minimum documents.

  1. Company Profile
  2. Valid Business licence
  3. Certificate of Registration/incorporation
  4. Valid current Tax Clearance Certificate
  5. Experience in similar works (include client references)

EVALUATION CRITERIA

  1. Quotations will be evaluated based on: Price competitiveness, and specifications, Delivery timeline, and Payment terms. 

SUBMISSION DETAILS

Interested and eligible companies with the capacity to deliver the required items are invited to submit sealed quotations not later than 16:00 hours on 7th April 2026 delivered to:

  • AFI Head Office, Millennium Plaza, Plot 69/71 Spring Road, Bugolobi, Kampala; Millenium Plaza Room M.L 020
  • AFI Sub-offices in Moroto or Kotido

NOTE

AFI reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder.
